An LED TV is really an LCD with an LED-lit backlight, and almost every fault you see on screen — black screen, half-dark display, vertical lines, white spots, picture-but-no-sound — comes down to one of six components: backlight strips, LED driver board, T-CON board, mainboard / SoC, power supply, or panel ribbon (LVDS / V-by-One) cables.

Most brand service centres only swap entire boards, which is why their quotes look so high. Our technicians do component-level repair — replacing individual capacitors, MOSFETs, EEPROMs, or a single LED strip — which is faster, cheaper, and uses far less e-waste. We do board swaps too when that's the right call, and we'll always tell you which option makes more sense for your set.

What we charge

Visits anywhere in Gurgaon are ₹399 flat, and that fee is fully waived if you go ahead with the repair. After diagnosis you get a written quote — typical LED TV repairs land between ₹800 and ₹6,500 depending on the part. Anything above that we discuss honestly before lifting a screwdriver.
