An adult does need to be home, but most repairs are completed in 45–90 minutes. We always start by showing you the diagnosis on screen so you can step away during the actual repair.

We charge a flat ₹399 visit + diagnosis fee. This is fully waived if you go ahead with the repair. After diagnosis you receive a written quote — no work starts until you say yes.

For common faults (no display, no power, sound issues) we share a typical price range over the phone. The exact quote needs a physical diagnosis because the same symptom can have different root causes.

Cash, UPI (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is taken only after the repair is completed and you've tested the appliance.

Yes — every part we install and every repair is covered for 90 days. If the same fault returns within that period we come back free, no questions asked. You receive a printed warranty card after every visit.

We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts where they are available, and OEM-equivalent — same spec, same grade — where they are not. We never install grey-market or refurbished components without telling you first.

Often yes. Brand service centres operate on board-swap economics — if a board is out of stock or out of warranty, they decline the job. We do component-level repair (capacitors, MOSFETs, ICs) which is usually faster and cheaper.

All major brands sold in India — Samsung, LG, Sony, Mi / Xiaomi, OnePlus, TCL, Hisense, Panasonic, Toshiba, Philips, Vu, Onida, BPL, Sansui, Thomson, Kodak — and IFB, Whirlpool, Godrej, Bajaj for microwaves. If you're unsure, just call.

Yes. Our flagship-set technicians handle LG OLED (WOLED, EVO), Samsung QD-OLED, Neo QLED 4K/8K, and Sony Master Series. We do not replace OLED/QLED panels themselves (they cost more than the TV) but we diagnose and repair every other fault.

Our rule of thumb: if the repair cost exceeds 50% of a comparable new set, replacement is usually smarter. For TVs older than 8 years or where the panel itself is damaged, we will tell you honestly. We'd rather lose a job than waste your money.

Often yes — microwaves are mostly mechanical, and a magnetron or capacitor swap is far cheaper than a new oven. The exception is heavy rust on the cavity, which is a safety risk and means time to replace.
