  • Your name, phone number, email (optional), and pincode when you contact us via the website, WhatsApp, or call.
  • Details about the appliance you need repaired (brand, model, age, symptoms).
  • Your service address — only after you confirm a booking.
  • Standard server logs (IP, browser, page visited) generated by our hosting provider for security and analytics.

3. How we use it

Your information is used strictly for:

  • Confirming and scheduling your repair visit.
  • Sending appointment reminders and follow-up messages.
  • Issuing invoices and warranty cards.
  • Improving our service (in aggregate, anonymised form).

4. What we never do

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never share it with third-party advertisers.
  • We never spam you with promotions you didn't ask for.

5. Service providers we use

To operate this website and our service, we use a small number of trusted partners who process limited data on our behalf:

  • WhatsApp — when you click our WhatsApp link, you are subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms.

Booking and warranty records are retained for 2 years after your last service so we can honour the 90-day warranty and answer follow-up questions. After that, records are deleted unless you ask us to keep them for AMC purposes.

  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your records (other than what we are legally required to keep, like tax invoices).
